• Revenue Disbursement – Hays and Company receives revenue production checks and disburses them to pay the royalty and override, the operating expenses and investors.  We have the capabilities to pay by check or direct deposit.

• Reporting - Hays and Company completes several reports and filings required by cities and states.  Some of these include franchise tax, severance, additional severance tax, Department of Energy reports, and county tax.

• Year-end Reporting – We provide 1099 reporting to all royalties, and operating or cash statement to the investors.  We also prepare Federal and State Income Tax Returns.
